• Does my dog need to be neutered?

A: Yes. We strictly only accept dogs who have been neutered, that is part of our registration and we are only insured for this.

  • Does my dog need to be vaccinated?

A: Yes. All dogs coming to our day care must have their annual vaccinations including kennel cough. Evidence of these vaccinations must be provided at registration.

  • Can you collect my dog from home?

A: Yes we can, but we can't always guarantee what time so we often collect a key from owners to pick up the dogs.

  • Can you feed my dog?

A: Yes, we can provide dried food or you can supply your dogs usual food. We will work to understand how and what time your dog gets fed and keep your dog and its food away from his/her canine companions.

  • Will you walk my dog?

A: If this is owners wish, we live close to a beach and have access to lots of stimulating spaces. At our day care, your dog is always supervised and has lots of stimulation and play and should come home tired and happy.

  • Can you take a dog with behaviour issues/reactivity?

A: Unfortunately no. The safety of all our doggies is our paramount priority so we cannot risk having dogs who are uncomfortable with other dogs.

  • Can you train my dog?

A: We will follow a training plan you are using and we will ensure we understand the words and commands you use for your dog.

  • Can I see my dog?

A: We are working on installing a webcam but in the meantime we will send you updates and photos.

  • What weight must my dog be?

A: Your dog should be approx 20 kilos or less so that we can keep our smaller dogs safe.
